Two different inboxes.
Pick the right one.
Mailboxes you create on the panel (e.g. you@a1merica.ai) open in
Mailbox webmail here — not inside the phone app’s Email page.
1. Mailbox webmail
Sign in with the mailbox address + password from panel.3mpire.ai (the address you just created).
Sign in to mailbox →2. VoIP app Email
a1merica.ai/voip/email is the phone system inbox
(Empire accounts / Resend). Different product — it will not show panel mailboxes automatically.
Just created a mailbox? Use Sign in to mailbox with that full address
(example
info@a1merica.ai) and the password you set on the panel.
Do not use your panel login email unless it is also a mailbox.
